Management of the official opening of Sun & Sea Tanning Experience on Thursday, March 21st at The Cornmarket Centre.

Includes negotiated campaign reduction with RedFM from €6,000 to €4,500 that included a 3-hour on-site roadshow with Red Patrollers with live mentioned and 15 No. promo ads in the days before the opening. The event also included Spin The Wheel offering vouchers to lucky winners during the live event.

The RedFM deal also included a -five day advertising package from Friday, March 22nd with 39 No. adverts and 15 No. live mentions (by the DJ’s).

Event Photography:

The provision of professional photographic services at the launch to capture the official opening, group photos and high resolution images of the sunbed rooms and of each individual sunbed for use on social media and on the new website as appropriate. €200

Event Management Services:

Includes my fee for the management of the above and the time given to organising and managing the event. €350
